2013 Global PBX Upgrade Cycle - Survey Data and Results

The 2013 Global PBX Upgrade Cycle Survey, Eastern Management Group’s Fourth Annual customer survey of its nature, points to a strong, though uneven, global market for PBX purchases in 2013.

The 2013 research involved more than 6,000 information technology managers. Surveys were conducted into the first
quarter of 2013. This is the fourth consecutive year that at least 6,000 IT managers have participated in the study.

The objective of Eastern Management Group’s 2013 Global PBX Upgrade Cycle Survey is to identify which markets are engaged or will be engaged in a PBX buying cycle, referred to as an upgrade cycle. This information enables readers of the study data to identify market opportunities by size of customer, vertical market and region of the world.

The 2013 Global PBX Upgrade Cycle Survey report contains 32 charts with all data viewable as Microsoft Excel worksheets. Each chart provides survey data for distinct market segments (such as employee size, or region).
Since the data converts to Microsoft Excel it can be easily manipulated to meet your individual needs.

The 2013 survey presents data that may be used to identify near term PBX sales opportunities by world region, customer size, and vertical market. Data shows whether customers are actively implementing a PBX upgrade cycle, planning for one, are uncertain, or have no upgrade cycle plans.

The Eastern Management Group considers the annual Global PBX Upgrade Survey a harbinger of PBX purchasing for the coming year.
